Project Information

The project “Digital Competences – A Chance for a More Secure Tomorrow” was implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme, Action KA210-VET – Small-scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training. The project was coordinated by the Education, Health and Development Foundation (Poland), in cooperation with the international partner M&M Profuture Training from Spain. The project was carried out between 1 March 2024 and 31 October 2025.

The main objective of the project was to increase the level of digital competences among management staff and employees of micro and small enterprises, as well as adult learners, thereby enhancing their competitiveness on the labour market and their ability to actively participate in digital transformation processes. The project responded to real labour market needs, particularly the shortage of practical digital skills and the limited access to flexible and modern forms of adult digital education.

As part of the project, a set of modern and practical educational tools was developed and made available, including:

  • a digital competences guide for micro and small enterprises,
  • digital competences development pathways tailored to different target groups,
  • a modular e-learning course,
  • a digital competences self-assessment tool (pre-test and post-test).

All project results are available free of charge, in three language versions (PL, EN, ES), through an open-access online platform compliant with the WCAG 2.1 accessibility standard, in line with the principles of universal design.

An important element of the project was international cooperation, which enabled the transfer of good practices, exchange of experience and the enrichment of educational content with a European perspective. The project contributed to strengthening participants’ digital competences, raising awareness of the importance of digital transformation and creating sustainable results that remain available and usable beyond the end of the project.

#PROJECTS | The first partners’ meeting of the project “Digital Competences – A Chance for a More Secure Tomorrow” is behind us!

On 13–14 May 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives of M&M Profuture Training, officially launching the implementation phase of our joint initiative.

The meeting began with introductions of the consortium members, a discussion of the project schedule, and the official signing of the partnership agreement. We also worked on the agenda for disseminating information about the project at the national level and carried out internal project validation activities. The meeting concluded with the presentation of participation certificates and a joint sightseeing tour of Kraków.

The project significantly increased awareness of the importance of digital competences and established solid foundations for further educational activities and international cooperation.

Completion of the Project “Digital Competences as a Path to a More Secure Future”

The Erasmus+ KA210-VET project “Digital Competences as a Path to a More Secure Future” has successfully concluded. The project addressed the growing digital skills needs of micro and small enterprises and adult learners in response to a rapidly changing labour market.

In cooperation with the Spanish partner M&M Profuture Training, practical educational tools were developed, including a digital competences guide, development pathways, a modular e-learning course, and a self-assessment tool. All results are available free of charge on an accessible online platform in three languages (PL, ES, EN), in line with WCAG 2.1 standards.

The project strengthened digital competences, raised awareness of digital transformation, and supported international cooperation. Although the project has ended, its results remain openly available and can continue to support the digital development of adults and micro and small enterprises.
